Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

We’re hiring an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced, heavy‑industrial environment. This role oversees electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop electrical maintenance technicians.
- Manage maintenance for utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems.
- Implement preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Partner with operations to ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct audits, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions.
- Champion safety programs and emergency preparedness.
- Use CMMS and CAD tools for planning and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or HS diploma and 5 years electrical experience.
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Strong AC/DC, motors, transformers, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switchyards, and scale systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software.
- Strong leadership focus on safety, quality, and team development.
