Infant Lead Teacher
Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertiseof renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale ) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones — all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Infant Teacher , you'll have the opportunity to:
- Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Authorization to work in the United States
