Landscape Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our service offerings by building relationships with clients and providing tailored landscape solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team, sell a variety of services, including maintenance plans, seasonal cleanups, enhancements, and drainage solutions and contribute to the continued growth of a company where many employees have built lasting careers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing residential clients to assess landscape needs and recommend appropriate services
• Sell recurring landscape maintenance plans and seasonal cleanup services
• Propose and upsell enhancement projects such as small planting jobs, cleanups, and drainage solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, manage customer relationships, and close sales
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure high-quality project execution
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage your sales pipeline, and follow up with clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape sales, account management, or customer-facing landscape roles
• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance and plants material native to Northern Virginia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Valid driver’s license
