As a Badging Ambassador, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Set schedule: Full-Time, 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday
- Competitive hourly wage of $19.06/hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Badging Ambassador
- This position is responsible for day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, third parties, and other personnel authorized to hold an identification badge have been processed in accordance with established client security policies
- Prepare, issue and/or ship picture badges for employees, contractors, and other authorized persons for the client sites
- Support the background process by assisting in collection of fingerprints
- Modify existing badging records for terminations, access changes, etc
- Answer telephone inquiries, questions regarding badge office policies and procedures
- Interact with internal and external clients and assisting in finding resolutions of issues or concerns
- Maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions
- Monitor and regulate the daily activities to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures
- Retain and maintain all access control documents, as well as conduct audits on access control records
- Record and report any incidents to the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Site Security Manager
- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
- Work closely and maintain relationships with other client badge offices and support teams.
- Conduct monthly custodian functions, including all on site supplies are in stock and ready for deployment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six (6) months of prior security professional experience, preferably with a focus on access credentialing
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite Applications
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Identify critical issues quickly and accurately
- Research, investigate, compile information
- Write informatively, clearly, and accurately
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
