About the Role

As Assembler , you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications and company standards. Working under the guidance of production supervision, you’ll contribute to a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement while following established policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products according to engineering documentation, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.
• Use computer systems to check schedules and update job status.
• Perform Go/No-Go testing per established procedures.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for all parts during assembly.
• Assist with training team members and resolving assembly-related issues.
• Handle materials as needed to support production flow.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams to relay accurate information.
• Complete all required documentation, records, and reject tickets.
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of assembly experience.
• Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.

Preferred:

• Experience performing electrical assembly

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
