Job Title: Assembler
About the Role
As Assembler , you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications and company standards. Working under the guidance of production supervision, you’ll contribute to a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement while following established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble products according to engineering documentation, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.
- Use computer systems to check schedules and update job status.
- Perform Go/No-Go testing per established procedures.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for all parts during assembly.
- Assist with training team members and resolving assembly-related issues.
- Handle materials as needed to support production flow.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Communicate effectively with engineering teams to relay accurate information.
- Complete all required documentation, records, and reject tickets.
- Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
What You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of assembly experience.
- Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
Preferred:
- Experience performing electrical assembly

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
