• Lift materials onto machines, using hand tools or hoists.
• Document production numbers and review purchase orders to ensure work meets specifications.
• Cut and strip wires, assemble electrical systems, and install components.
• Pack finished products for shipment and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Responsibilities:

• Lift material onto machines, manually or with a hoist
• Document production numbers on a board at station.
• Review purchase orders with manufacturing details, design specifications, and assembly instructions to ensure work is performed according to specifications
• Cut and strip wires according to specifications
• Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using pneumatic drills, drivers, rivets, bolts, glue, soldering or micro-welding equipment
• Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly
• Pack finished assemblies for shipment and place on pick up line for distribution using tape dispenser and safety box cutter
• Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand
• Read testing device to ensure quality of product
• Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work stations

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 8 hours
• Able to perform with constant movement of the arms

• Building and Construction - Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools.
• Design - Knowledge of tools, drawings, and models.
• Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic and its application.
• Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses.
• Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processing, and quality control.
• English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
