EmpowerHome Team is hiring a Director of Inside Sales to lead and elevate one of the nation's top-producing real estate sales organizations. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on developing people, optimizing performance, and building a culture of excellence. You'll partner with executive leadership to execute sales strategy, recruit exceptional talent, and ensure every member of the sales team is equipped to succeed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $150,000–$225,000 Annual Salary (depending on experience)

• Lead, coach, and develop sales professionals

• Drive accountability through metrics and performance reviews

• Recruit and retain top sales talent

• Create scalable systems that improve lead conversion, appointments, and overall sales performance

• Partner with leadership to achieve company growth goals

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure every department is moving toward shared goals

• Proven success leading high-performing sales organizations

• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills

• Strong recruiting and talent development experience

• Highly proactive, strategic, and results-driven

• Excellent communicator with a track record of execution

• Leads by example and is willing to roll up their sleeves to support the team whenever needed

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
