Operations Support Specialist
The Operations Support Specialist (Operations Support (VA)) will provide on-site Operations Support to the Program Manager (PM) and the PM CSS overall organization at Quantico/Stafford Virginia
Responsibilities
- Prepare, track, report all System Authorization Access Requests (SAAR) and Custody Management Reports (CMR) within PM CSS.
- Provide a summarization of SAAR and CMR actions requested and taken. 3.6.1.3 The contractor shall scan, shred, and fax documents in support of PM CSS organizations.
- Prepare an organizational command chronology and update monthly. 3.6.1.5 The contractor shall pickup mail at the Marine Corps Systems Command mail room and deliver official Government mail to the intended addressee.
- Maintain and organize electronic files via the organizational shared drive in support of PM CSS organizations.
- Maintain electronic calendars for the organization’s leadership.
- Process and submit facility requests in support of PM CSS organizations within 5 minutes of receipt of the task.
- Collect and consolidate responses and submit Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) taskers to the appropriate Government representative by the completion action date required by ETMS2.
- Prepare Daily Read and Weekend Read books for PM leadership.
- Prepare briefing binders / associated materials for organizational leaders.
- Submit morning reports via Marine-On-Line in support of PM CSS.
- Prepare official messages using AMHS in support of MARCORSYSCOM organizations.
- Coordinate the processing of DD Form 2875s and facility badge requests for Lumbee employees supporting PM CSS operations.
- Orient newly assigned Lumbee employees on standard operating procedures, and USMC applications (MR, MOL, DRP), to ensure consistent PdM level support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lumbee Program Manager
