Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team in McLean, Virginia. This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise in data architecture, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position is hybrid and requires onsite presence in McLean, VA. This is a contract role with the intent to extend based on budget and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data architecture solutions using Python, SQL (Snowflake), AWS (S3), Databricks, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set up meetings, create agendas, take notes, follow up, and report status updates.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, including Sr. Directors, to provide updates and insights.
• Ensure the successful execution of data-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL (Snowflake), AWS (S3), Databricks, and Tableau.
• Strong project management skills, including meeting setup, agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA in a hybrid capacity.

Pay Range: $75- $90/h on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
