Commercial Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your job site from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
- Work with a variety of roofing materials including Shingles, Metal, EPDM, PVC, TPO, & BUR.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing.
- Hands-on experience in light commercial and residential roofing or related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma with advanced training in construction or business management.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills. CRM/Project Management software experience a plus.
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Good health and conditioning with the ability to endure long hours and handle high-stress situations.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive hourly base wage ranging from $25.00 - $40.00 per hour. The expected hours are 40 – 50 per week. Additional compensation includes bonus opportunities, commission pay, overtime pay, and a performance bonus. Expected earnings for a top notch crew leader with base plus incentives: Up to $125,000 annually.
