DevOps Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent.
Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required).
Strong experience with SQL and MySQL.
A working understanding of code and script (Bash, PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby).
Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, and always-available service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
3+ years experience required in system administration with exposure to software architecture in addition to strong, practical and hands-on experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
