Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (English/Spanish)
Location: Chesterfield, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50- $25.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to support our production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Human Resources Assistant role is essential to ensuring workflows run smoothly by assisting with HR tasks, employee relations, and administrative support.

The ideal Human Resources Assistant will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks as a Human Resources Assistant

• Process timekeeping, payroll, and attendance records accurately and efficiently

• Support FMLA administration and maintain proper documentation

• Assist with HR investigations and general employee relations activities

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees in both English and Spanish in this Bilingual role

• Provide consistent support to production leadership and employees as a Human Resources Assistant

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes

• Previous experience with timekeeping systems

• Knowledge of FMLA processing

• Familiarity with HR investigations is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
