Public Relations Communications Assistant - Entry Level

We have an immediate opening for a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our rapidly growing promotional marketing team. Our company takes a customer-focused, results-driven approach to marketing, helping clients increase product exposure, sales, and brand recognition.

This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training and the opportunity to grow into senior campaign management roles based on performance. College graduates, interns, and career changers are welcome!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute projects assigned by the Marketing Manager.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions.

• Coordinate in-store service events and ensure smooth operations.

• Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services.

• Develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns with the Marketing Manager.

• Create promotional marketing materials and assist with visual merchandising.

• Maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel.

• Keep accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.

• Identify new opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications amp; Requirements:

• College degree preferred or in progress.

• 0–2 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or related internship experience is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Professional, service-oriented attitude and level-headed problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and tracking skills with high attention to detail.
