What You'll Do

• Create and maintain production plans to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with planners, schedulers, project management, and production teams to balance capacity and demand.
• Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and resource constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks to timely production.
• Add component parts to the ERP for multiple facilities
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key production metrics and communicate status to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, schedules, and materials usage.

What You'll Need

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production planning software.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.

Your Education

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of production planning or manufacturing coordination experience.
• Experience in concrete, construction, or related manufacturing preferred.
