NOW HIRING: PRODUCT HANDLER IN TOANO, VA!

Pay: $14/hour | Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

The Lee Group is seeking a motivated Product Handler for a reputable distribution client in Toano, VA . Job Responsibilities of Product Handler:

• Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely
• Pick, pull, and package customer orders to standard
• Label orders with correct order number, weight, and dimensions
• Operate scan guns and warehouse management system (WMS)
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow shipping practices
• Move product from storage/staging areas to freight containers
• Keep work area and equipment neat and organized
• Promote and practice safe work habits at all times
• Support and uphold company core values and commitment to customer service

Job Qualifications of Product Handler:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience required
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Customer service mindset and team player attitude
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in a typical non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Regular standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting required
• Steel-toed boots preferred, but not required
• Casual dress code
