Community Outreach Assistant - Entry Level

As a Community Outreach Assistant, you will assist in developing and implementing outreach strategies to foster connections and build relationships within the community. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will help promote our initiatives and ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing community outreach programs and initiatives.
- Engage with community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations to build positive relationships and support our initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, effectively conveying our goals and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze feedback from community interactions to guide and improve future outreach efforts.
- Work with internal teams to align outreach strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Community Engagement: A strong desire to make a difference and contribute positively to the community.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in community outreach is advantageous but not required.
