We are actively looking for committed and experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to become part of our team. This role provides a competitive pay structure along with reliable home time, making it suitable for drivers who wish to balance their professional and personal lives.

Compensation Package:

• Pay Rate: $0.50 - $0.75 per mile, depending on experience.
• Performance Bonus: $0.10 per mile, paid weekly.
• Average Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,500 miles.
• Home time is available weekly or bi-weekly with a 34-48 hour reset; for every 5-6 days worked, you earn 1 day at home.

Route & Operations:

• Equipment: Operate modern Cascadia and Peterbilt trucks (2022-2025 models), fully equipped and automatic.
• Freight Handling: Primarily dry van with no-touch freight, featuring 70% drop and hook operations.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience and completion of 120+ hours from a truck driving school within the past 12 months, or 6 months of verifiable OTR/Regional/Local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months, or 12 months of verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years.
