Position Overview:
This role combines full-cycle recruiting with day-to-day HR support. You will play a key role in identifying, hiring, and onboarding individuals who not only have the skills to succeed, but who align with our culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Identify candidates who align with Davis & Green’s culture and values—not just skillset
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Maintain applicant tracking and consistent candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding and help set clear expectations for new hires
- Support employee records, compliance, and HR documentation
- Assist with training, certifications, and licensing tracking
- Provide support with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience (construction or trades preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
