No Job Description: At GDIT, people are our differentiators. We are seeking a Cloud Program Manager to join our team supporting the Veteran Affairs (VA) Enterprise Cloud Brokerage Service. PLEASE NOTE :
- This position is primarily remote, however, the employee MUST live within 60 miles from either the Washington, DC or Falls Church, Virginia office.
- T his position will be required to travel to Veteran Affairs facilities nationwide 4x/year.
- This position is contingent upon contract award, expected to start in November 2026.
Providing full programmatic oversight ensuring compliance with federal and VA regulations
Leading strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
Serving as the primary point of contact for COR, CO, and ECSO leadership
Overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and baselines
Coordinating across architecture, FinOps, governance, security, and automation teams Managing FinOps services, including cloud financial governance, cloud credit procurement alignment, chargeback/showback, cost optimization, anomaly detection, forecasting, and compliance Managing staffing, performance reviews, and compliance with security policies
Driving continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education : Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications : PMP, ITIL v4 Foundation, or higher

---- Familiarity with federal acquisition, fiscal management, and oversight. ---- Experience with federal finance, budgeting, and oversight ---- Experience managing $20M+ annual cloud spend within financial operations.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. In this role, you will lead contract performance across multi-cloud service environments, oversee cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary interface with senior VA leadership. You will be trusted to drive strategy, governance, risk management, and financial oversight for a major federal cloud modernization mission. In this role, the PM must ensure program alignment with fiscal policy and FinOps best practices in a largescale federal cloud environment.
