Event Management Trainee - Entry Level
We are seeking an Event Management Trainee to join our fast-paced marketing and promotions team. This hands-on, entry-level role is perfect for individuals ready to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities in the dynamic world of live events.
About the Role
As an Event Management Trainee , you will work closely with senior event managers to plan, coordinate, and execute live promotional events for our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event setup, customer engagement, team coordination, and campaign execution , while receiving personalized training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution
Engage with attendees, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer service
Represent partner brands professionally at all times
Track event performance, gather feedback, and provide insights to leadership
Collaborate with team members to meet event goals and deliver outstanding results
Learn and apply leadership skills with opportunities to train and mentor new team members
