Compensation: Up to $150,000 base + strong quarterly & annual bonuses (open & negotiable)

The Opportunity

A well-backed home services company is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead its Charlottesville operation. You’ll own the branch end-to-end — financial performance, operations, and team culture — with direct visibility to senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who knows how to drive P&L, scale processes, and build a high-performing team in a fast-growth environment.

What You’ll Own

• Full P&L responsibility (revenue, EBITDA, KPIs)
• Daily and long-term operational execution
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Team leadership, accountability, and development
• Hiring and retaining top technical and office talent
• Leading growth, change, and process improvement
• Creating a safe, high-standards, performance-driven culture

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years leading a fast-paced service business
• Strong background in residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage costs
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Confident leader with executive presence and urgency
• Self-starter who thrives in growth and change
