  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and briefings for fleet personnel, maintainers, and integrated product teams

These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree is preferred
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience with adult learning, e-learning platforms
  • Proficiency evaluating training outcomes using Kirkpatrick Model or similar frameworks

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
  • Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
