Strange’s is seeking a Sales and Office Manager for the Wholesale Division at 4201 Creighton Road. The Sales and Office Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities. They direct, coach, and motivate a team of wholesale delivery drivers and order pullers.

Scheduling : 45 hours a week.

Required Skills : Formal horticulture experience not required however applicants must be familiar with blooming annuals and perennials for zone 7.

Job Responsibilities:

• Directs staffing and training of order pullers and wholesale delivery drivers
• Develops a weekly schedule for the sales staff according to their employment status
• Updates and distributes weekly inventory/availability of greenhouse plants to local vendors (i.e. landscapers, independent garden centers, etc.)
• Reviews and processes delivery tickets
• Answers phones and takes orders
• Assists in product maintenance when needed
• Occasionally delivers product to other locations or costumers
• Develops relationships with customers and identifies new ways to attract new customers
