Promotions Team Member - Entry Level

We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our growing marketing team as Promotions Team Members – Entry Level ! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to launch a career in brand marketing, event promotions, and experiential marketing —no prior experience required.

From day one, you’ll receive paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship , building real-world marketing skills while representing national brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands professionally and consistently at live events and promotional activations

• Engage face-to-face with customers , sharing product info and creating memorable experiences

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics

• Collect and report customer feedback to optimize campaign performance

• Collaborate with marketing teams and fellow Promotions Team Members to achieve campaign goals

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, coachable, and motivated to learn and grow professionally

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Interest in marketing, promotions, or event-based campaigns preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
