Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mounted Wheel Technician to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of mounted wheels and tires, supporting shop and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dismount and mount tires on wheels/rims using appropriate equipment.

• Balance tires using a tire balancing machine.

• Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers or box trucks as needed.

• Operate, maintain, and inspect tire-related equipment including balancers and mounting tools.

• Identify and mark defective tires and wheels; determine when repair or replacement is required.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding attendance, processes, and teamwork.

• Accurately document and communicate all services performed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Prior experience in tire service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

• Shop and warehouse setting.

• Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement.

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
