Job Title: Software Engineer - Journeyman Level (Conversational AI)

Type: Full-time, W2
- Design conversational flows, dialogue logic, and prompts for virtual training assistants (e.g., enterprise virtual agent platforms)
- Develop guardrails, fallback paths, and response logic to ensure reliable AI interactions
- Create quality measurement frameworks to evaluate AI-assisted training solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to optimize conversational performance
- Analyze conversation logs and refine prompts to improve outcomes and accuracy
- Develop methodologies and present technical solutions independently
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience in any one of the below :-
- Software engineering
- Conversational design
- AI-assisted solution development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
- Vendor certifications related to Virtual Agents, Conversational AI, or AI platforms
- ITIL 4 certification or familiarity with IT service management practices
- Experience designing enterprise-grade chatbot or AI assistant solutions
