Director, Commercial Performance All Inclusive and Resorts

Hilton
McLean, VA

***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Miami, FL or McLean, VA***

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As Director, Commercial Performance reporting to Global Head and VP All Inclusive and Resorts, you will support the launch of All Inclusive and Resort brands through these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Curate compelling presentations and effectively communicate the brand performance narrative to senior leadership.
  • Prepare materials for Global Head and VP All Inclusive and Resorts on panels, conferences and other public speaking events.
  • Influence strategy and related commercial activity across different partners.
  • Leverage multiple data sources to conduct performance analysis of past and future trends to identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers across the global portfolio All Inclusive and Resorts.
  • Own a holistic commercial performance view across the All Inclusive and Resorts portfolio, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level commercial scorecard and flag underperformance trends (e.g., channel mix, conversion, pricing discipline, demand shifts) with recommended actions and expected impact.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Develop commercial plan and conduct regular calls with partners to review progress, validate plan effectiveness and drive accountability.
  • With your deep understanding of brand and All Inclusive and Resort category commercial performance, provide input and consultation for projects, business cases and strategy proposals.
  • Support business case development, strategy briefs, and executive updates
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Review with Senior Commercial Services leadership through written category performance narrative.
  • Unearth new tools to be used to improve commercial efficiency and enhance business processes.
  • Establish and run a lightweight commercial operating cadence (e.g., monthly performance reviews / workstream checkpoints) with global category leaders and commercial function partners.
  • Support cross-functional workstreams by maintaining an action log (owners, milestones, dependencies, risks) and escalating blockers to keep initiatives moving.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Collaborate with the Global Head and VP All Inclusive and Resorts in defining capabilities and in creation and execution of processes for All Inclusive and Resorts brands to ensure efficient and profitable outcomes, improve performance and support growth.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with respective function leads, curating content and communicating performance and commercial actions to achieve targets.
  • Build a “single source of truth” for portfolio initiatives that links insights → priorities → workstreams → owners → timelines → outcomes.
  • Define and implement governance (basic RACI, milestones, issue/risk tracking) for category commercial initiatives to improve speed, accountability, and measurable impact.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years working in commercial functions
  • Experience conducting analysis alongside supporting storytelling with strong acumen in MicroStrategy or other business intelligence platform
  • Experience in All Inclusive and Resorts category within the industry

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of Director level or people leadership experience
  • Exposure to multiple commercial functions and/or understanding of commercial operating model
  • Experience developing and launching new brands/product and/or emerging technologies
