- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties for pest infestations.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and effective methods.
- Educate clients on pest prevention and maintenance techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Collaborate with team members to develop pest management strategies.
- Stay updated on pest control technologies and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; pest control certification preferred.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pest identification and treatment methods.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform pest control tasks, including lifting and climbing.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
