Promotional Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

What You’ll Do

As a Promotional Customer Service Representative , you will be the friendly face of our campaigns at community events, pop-up activations, and outreach programs. Your role is to engage the public, promote brand awareness, and create meaningful interactions .

Key responsibilities include:

• Represent nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events and community activations

• Engage with attendees, answer questions, and communicate key campaign messages

• Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional materials
