Powder Coating Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (04:00am to 02:00pm )

• Apply powder coat finishes to metal parts using spray equipment and proper techniques.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials before coating.
• Load and unload parts from racks and curing ovens while maintaining production flow.
• Perform quality checks to ensure coatings meet appearance, thickness, and durability standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Powder Coating Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, powder coating, painting, or production experience is helpful but not always required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, or handle metal parts safely.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality finishes and meet production standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Steel-toe boots required; must comply with company safety policies and any pre-employment screening requirements.
