A day in this role

You start your morning by completing a quick pre-trip inspection on a well-maintained box truck. The first route takes you to nearby customers and job sites, where you deliver materials on schedule and with care. Back at the Colonial Heights facility, you transition seamlessly to the warehouse—checking inventory, organizing stock, and pitching in with the team to make sure orders are picked, packed, and staged for shipment. Before the day wraps, you log deliveries, perform a post-trip inspection, and help keep the workspace clean and safe.

What you’ll handle

• Operate a non‑CDL box truck safely to deliver products to customers and job sites
• Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and keep delivery paperwork up to date
• Support warehouse organization and inventory control
• Collaborate with the team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What you bring

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Experience driving a box truck or delivery vehicle (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail for deliveries and inventory work
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently when needed

Bonus points

• Background in delivery driving or warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory control or order picking
• Forklift experience (a plus, not required)
