Entry Level Event Assistant
As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll help bring events to life by supporting logistics, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This position is ideal for candidates interested in event planning, marketing, PR, or brand promotions.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver engaging, high-impact events that meet client goals and create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and brand activations
- Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Communicate with team members, vendors, and event staff to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare event materials, displays, and promotional assets
- Help manage guest interactions, registrations, and event flow
- Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain a positive attendee experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign and event goals
- Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking
- No experience required – paid training provided
