Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to provide quality service for our residential client. We are a well-established, customer service minded company. As a Residential Plumber, you will support our client’s residential plumbing needs, being detail oriented, thoughtful and efficient. What you will do

• Respond promptly to residential service calls
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Propose equipment replacements when appropriate
• Complete necessary documentation
• Collect customer payments

What you will need

• Minimum 6 months of plumbing service/repair experience, 3+ years of experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be local or able to commute to Roanoke, VA 24018
