SITE ACCESS & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Rate: $25 per hour

• Flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday

• Shift: 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 3 days a week

ROLE IMPACT

The Site Access & Compliance Coordinator ensures that all personnel entering large-scale construction sites are properly credentialed, onboarded, and compliant with workforce safety and access policies. This role acts as the on-site bridge between field operations and centralized support, driving workforce readiness, compliance accuracy, and safe, efficient site entry operations. Success is defined by reliable gate operations, smooth onboarding flow, and high-quality worker engagement.

KEY DUTIES

• Enforce site access using digital badging, QR tools, and credential systems

• Verify credentials and maintain compliance for all site personnel and visitors

• Onboard workers and subcontractors using mobile and tablet tools

• Troubleshoot access and credential issues with professional communication

• Coordinate with centralized support for escalation and reporting

• Maintain orderly entry-point operations and deliver excellent on-site service

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of experience in access control, security, compliance, or customer-facing operations

• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in variable weather

• OSHA 10 Certification required (must be obtained within 3 weeks of start; reimbursement after 30 days)

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Active construction site setting with exposure to outdoor elements and moderate noise

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of handheld devices, tablets, and access control systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication

• Experience in technical troubleshooting or help desk environments
