• Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
• Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands-on training
• Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship

• 1+ year of construction, carpentry, framing, general labor, or related experience preferred
• Basic understanding of construction tools and job site safety
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Willingness to learn and grow into a carpenter role
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
