We are seeking a motivated individual to work full-time in our facility stocking, sorting, and wrapping products in our Headquarter office in Weyers, VA. Having experience in a production environment is preferred, but the ability to learn and develop skills through on-the-job training is most important.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and hard-working mindset, good communication and experience with machinery is a PLUS. You will learn first-hand how to operate production line equipment, how to make our products, and you will be responsible for Producing Quality plus reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors.

General duties will include but are not limited to:

Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manufacturing tasks

Learn all aspects of manufacturing; from production to light assembly of products

Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Sorting and stacking wood products onto carts or pallets

Maintaining clean, orderly area, returning supplies and equipment to assigned locations

Working Conditions:

Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

Loud environment

Repetitive tasks

Labor intensive

All successful candidates must:

Experienced Forklift and Skid steer operator (preferred)

Be able to lift 50lbs, stand all day, bend over, lift long planks, and other heavy materials

Follow all safety protocols and adhere to PPE (safety glasses, etc) rules at all times

Work well with a small team or alone as needed

Be punctual and have reliable transportation to work

Must be 18 years of age or older
