Event & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

As an Event & Promotions Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognized brands at live events, retail promotions, community activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, trade shows, and community events.
- Engage with customers to create positive, memorable brand experiences.
- Educate attendees about products, services, promotions, and campaign initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while answering questions and providing solutions.
- Assist with event setup, merchandising, execution, and breakdown.
- Support promotional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and marketing collateral.
- Collect customer feedback and assist with event reporting and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and event objectives.
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence at every event.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No experience required—comprehensive paid training provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident working face-to-face with customers.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
