Family Nurse Practitioner
Looking for a chance to Advocate, Elevate and Educate? You've found it in Lynchburg, Virginia! Community Access Network, in partnership with VCHA, is expanding access to sexual health and STI services across Virginia, and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about caring for underserved communities and improving public health outcomes.
This role is ideal for an NP who wants to make a meaningful impact—providing patient-centered sexual health care while helping reduce barriers to access through education, outreach, and compassionate clinical practice.
What You’ll Do
Provide STI/sexual health services, including screening, testing, treatment, and prevention education
Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
Counsel patients on risk reduction and support informed, judgment-free care decisions
Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up for patients
Participate in community outreach and off-site clinics to expand access
Collaborate with a mission-driven clinical team focused on quality and equity
