Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting during assigned 12-hour shifts
- Administer medications and document administration and resident responses
- Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and report to the supervising nurse promptly
- Perform care-planning tasks, wound care, tubing/colostomy care as ordered, and assist with ADLs
- Maintain accurate charting and documentation; ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and quality of life

Requirements
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3x12) with reliable attendance
- Strong patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic nursing tasks, including vital signs, medication administration, and ADLs
- Willingness to work in a local Fredericksburg, VA area and follow facility policies and procedures
