Mental Health Therapist Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) - Remote

Job Summary:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teletherapists to provide virtual therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Sessions will typically last 45-60 minutes. Full-time Teletherapists can expect to see an average caseload of around 30 clients per week, though we understand that it can take time to build this up. We're happy to support your growth and can start you on a part-time basis if that works best for you. Part-time Teletherapists are also welcome, with a minimum availability of at least 7 sessions per week.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual therapy sessions in 45-60 minute blocks
Complete initial assessments and ongoing treatment plans for clients
Document progress notes and other clinical records
Offer input on strategies, techniques, and services to ensure we meet the needs of as many individuals as possible
Be an integral part of our team, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance our practice
Qualifications & Skills:

Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. Licenses in multiple states are a plus!
Experience working with diverse populations is highly valued
A strong desire to contribute to a growing organization, offering feedback and suggestions to improve client care
Flexible and motivated to grow your caseload with us
Must have high-speed internet access
Must have a HIPAA-compliant, private space for conducting sessions
Comfortable working remotely and providing telehealth services
