Travel Opportunity Consultant

About This Opportunity
We're growing our travel support team and currently seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in stepping into the role of Travel Opportunity Consultant. In this position, you are going tohelp prospective travelers explore vacation possibilities, review available packages, and assist with organizing trip details using trusted travel partner resources.
This role is a strong match for someone who enjoys conversations about destinations, likes helping others with their travel options, and wants a flexible schedule while learning the travel planning process. Training materials and mentorship are included, making prior industry experience optional.
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with travelers to learn about their preferred destinations and trip ideas
- Share information about available vacation packages, cruises, tours, and resort stays
- Help clients compare travel options that align with their timelines and budgets
- Assist with coordinating reservations through approved supplier systems
- Provide updates and reminders related to itinerary steps and confirmations
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, and digital platforms
- Stay current with travel specials and supplier announcements
- Maintain accurate documentation for client requests and trip details
Who This Role Is Ideal For
- Individuals who enjoy guiding others through decision-making processes
- Applicants with customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience (helpful but not required)
- Strong communicators who are comfortable interacting with clients regularly
- Organized self-starters who can manage responsibilities independently
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and online platforms
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must currently reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another eligible region
