SQA Lead
We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead with a proven background in RegTech and IDV to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will lead QA strategy and teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy across manual and automated testing.
- Manage and mentor SQA engineers to ensure excellence in quality.
- Oversee compliance-driven testing frameworks (AML, KYC, fraud prevention).
- Define and enforce QA standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years in QA roles, with at least 2 years in leadership.
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of compliance-driven product testing.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
