Supply Chain Manager

The Nova Lab is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative team in Fairfax. This full-time, remote position presents a unique opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to dive into the dynamic world of supply chain management within the Information Technology industry.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations that support our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance productivity and drive cost-effective solutions, ultimately contributing to the success of The Nova Lab.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $144,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development within the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance supply chain operations to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Implement best practices in inventory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess supply chain effectiveness
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies
- Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of logistics and procurement processes is a plus
