Assistant Event Manager - Paid Training / Entry Level
We specialize in face-to-face fundraising, live event promotions, and community engagement , partnering with leading nonprofit organizations to help grow their impact. We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused Assistant Event Manager to join our team at the entry level.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training , hands-on mentorship, and a full benefits package to support your growth into leadership.
About the Role
As an Entry-Level Assistant Event Manager, you’ll learn the fundamentals of event coordination, team leadership, and campaign management. You’ll support daily event operations while developing the skills needed to run events independently and move into a management role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing live fundraising and promotional events
Support Event Managers with scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination
Engage with event attendees, share campaign information, and represent nonprofit partners
Guide and motivate team members during events
Learn to track event performance and complete daily reports
Help ensure event brand standards and partner expectations are met
Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy presence at all times

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with people
Natural leadership qualities and a desire to grow into management
Reliable, punctual, and highly coachable
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, event-based environments
No experience necessary — full training provided
