What You'll Do

• Assist the plant manager in supervising production, maintenance, and yard operations.
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate plant staff to develop skills and maintain performance.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with quality, EHS, and other departments to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of production, attendance, and operational performance.
• Serve as acting Plant Manager in their absence.

What You'll Need

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Your Education

• High school diploma or GED required.
