Sheehy Ford of Springfield is looking for an experienced Commercial Accounts Manager to join our family as our business grows. As the Commercial Accounts Manager in charge of truck sales, you will be responsible for identifying customers who drive all sales activities generated by our commercial sales division. From developing and managing sales leads to closing business, you will be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales.

Responsibilities

• Solicits commercial fleet accounts
• Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales
• Supplies the new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries
• Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, Lease Company, and commercial account vehicles routinely
• Promotes an understanding of, and a solid commitment to, client satisfaction
• Spend quality time building relationships with our commercial customers
• Knows the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the client's vehicles

Requirements

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Proven fleet experience at the dealership level with a track record of successful selling
• Strong record of positive CSI results
• Authorized to work in the USA
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug testing.
• Must have a valid driver's license
