OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Cape Charles, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Support nationwide HAZMAT operations from Cape Charles, VA with HMD Trucking, performing long-distance runs while prioritizing safety and compliance. Daily duties include proper hazardous materials handling, route planning with dispatch, vehicle inspections, and timely documentation of trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hazardous materials and secure shipments.
• Perform routine inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Communicate load and schedule updates with dispatch and maintenance.
