ABC Construction is seeking a dedicated Foreman to lead our Real Estate and Commercial Construction projects. At ABC Construction, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality work and safety. As a Foreman, you will oversee project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership skills will be valued as you mentor and guide our construction team to success. This will be more hands-on and require you to work in the field while also managing and building the crew and projects. Responsibilities: Duties • Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. • Coordinate project scheduling to meet deadlines and manage workflow effectively. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide team members in their tasks. • Ensure all work complies with contract specifications and applicable regulations. • Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction site safety and efficiency. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material inventory, and crew attendance records. • Conduct regular inspections of the job site to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications: Skills • Proficient in project scheduling techniques to manage timelines effectively. • Strong understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and construction estimating methods. • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team on the construction site. • Knowledgeable in pipeline construction processes and safety regulations related to the industry. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges quickly and efficiently.
