Opportunity Highlights Work in a collaborative, collegial clinic culture focused on improving workflows Qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Choose a 100% clinical role or pursue leadership opportunities Build a stable, growing practice Take light, evenly shared call with after-hours triage support 4-day outpatient workweek with Monday-Friday clinic hours Practice with advanced practice providers (APPs) at each clinic Ramp up in 2-3 months and practice with no inpatient care required See 20-25 patients per day across bread-and-butter pediatrics Join CHKD Health System and collaborate with pediatric specialists and surgeons Work in an NCQA-recognized patient-centered medical home Access teaching and research opportunities with local medical schools and residency programs Join more than 120 CHKD board-certified pediatricians and nurse practitioners across 19 primary care practices Bring strong charting, documentation, responsiveness, and communication skills to the role
