We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support and lead construction, engineering, and utility-related projects in a dynamic, matrix-team environment. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and suppliers to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate construction, engineering, maintenance, and capital projects from initiation through closeout.
• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support and promote a strong safety culture with a commitment to Zero Harm.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Develop procurement strategies and support sourcing activities.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including RFP development, bid evaluations, contract administration, and performance management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Participate in project closeout activities, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes, and organizational procedures.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience

OR

• Associate degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting or managing construction, engineering, capital, utility, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Experience

• Utilities, power generation, transmission, or energy industry experience.
• Construction project management experience.
• Contract administration and procurement experience.
• RFP development and competitive bid evaluation.
• Cost estimating and project controls.
• Construction safety programs and quality management.
• Risk management and project governance processes.
